1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Palotagz you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY PALOTAGZ AND IS NOT ENDORSED, CERTIFIED, OR APPROVED BY ETSY, INC. THIS APPLICATION USES THE ETSY API BUT IS NOT ENDORSED OR CERTIFIED BY ETSY.

2. Service Description

Palotagz lets you:

• Bulk-edit Etsy listings using the official Etsy API
• Bulk-upload and manage products on Printify using the official Printify API

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

4. Plans and Billing

Recurring subscriptions are charged when you subscribe and renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Unless a promotion at checkout explicitly says otherwise, subscriptions do not include a free trial.

You can cancel a recurring subscription from your account. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which no further subscription charges are made. Lifetime access is sold as a one-time payment and does not renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The total price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or withdrawal rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

5. Data Retention

Etsy listing data is temporary (max 24 hours). Your Printify catalog is stored long-term as part of your Palotagz account so you can access and re-upload it anytime.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
